Catterick Schools Competition - 5v5 Mixed Football

👥 Teams

• 5 players per team (4 outfield + 1 goalkeeper).

• Rolling subs allowed anytime.

• Minimum 4 players needed to play.

⏱ Game Time

• 8 Minute Match straight through.

⚖️ Game Rules

• No offside

• Kick-ins instead of throw-ins

• Goalkeeper restarts by rolling or passing – no kicking from hands

• No slide tackles

• All free kicks are indirect (3m distance)

🟥 Fouls & Discipline

• Time-out (2 mins) for poor behaviour

• Red card = 2 mins with no sub, or until goal is scored

🥇 Scoring & Points

• Win = 3 points, Draw = 1, Loss = 0

• Tiebreakers: Goal difference → Goals scored → Head-to-head → Penalties

🧡 Fair Play

• Respect referees, players, and coaches

• Coaches stay in their area and encourage positively

• No jewellery allowed for safety
