Here at ML Sports our elite coach Josh Bousfield will be Leading running a six week block of advanced cricket coaching.
Our aim is to offer advanced coaching to all players male and female who want to improve leading up to the cricket season starting in April. Mixing technical coaching with match based scenarios we are wanting the give all players the best chance at heading into the season fully prepared and raring to see the results from the hard work put in pre season. If the sessions are a success we will aim to continue after Feb half term.
Batting, bowling, fielding are just some of the areas we will cover with the hope of introducing strength and conditioning into the sessions at some point over the course of the 6 week block.
